Terms of service

1. The service

PMS is property-management software provided on a subscription basis.

2. Trial + paid plans

The 14-day trial is free. After it ends you will be asked to pay the plan fee to continue. If you don't, your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless you explicitly request early deletion or export.

3. Your content

You own your portfolio data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service.

4. Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in-app where possible. No SLA credits on paid plans at this time.

5. No legal advice

PMS produces legal notices (Section 8 / 13 / 21 / NTQ) from templates. These are not legal advice. Have notices reviewed by a solicitor before serving on tenants.

6. Cancellation

Cancel any time from your billing page. Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period.

7. Liability

PMS's liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for tax liability, lost rent, failed evictions, missed compliance deadlines, or consequential losses resulting from use (or mis-use) of the software.
